French doctors: half of drugs 'are useless'

A new book written by two doctors claims over half of the medicines are available in France are ineffective, and 5 percent of them are even dangerous.

Authors of “The Guide to 4,000 Useful, Useless or Dangerous Medicines”, doctors Bernard Debré, also a an MP for the centre-right UMP, and Philippe Even, director of the Necker Institute, studied the most common medicines and their effects on patients.
They found 50 percent of the medicines were useless, 20 percent were “badly tolerated”, and 5 percent have adverse effects.
Among the dangerous 5 percent were cardiovascular, anti-inflammatory and contraceptive pills. Daily paper Le Nouvel Observateur, which takes extracts from the book in today’s edition, has compiled an all-inclusive “blacklist”.
In an interview with Le Nouvel Observateur, Dr Even claimed statins, drugs taken to lower cholesterol, were just one of the many drugs found to be “completely useless”.

Devant l’inefficacité apparente des cures en magnésium les plus courantes que l’on trouve en pharmacie, et comme le prônaient certaines de mes lectures (Michel Dogna¹ ou le Chlorure de Magnésium : un remède miracle Méconnu² par exemple), je restais sur le chlorure ou le sulfate de magnésium, pensant qu’il s’agissait d’une des formes les plus simples et quelque part, plus saines. Mais en réalité, il existe bien plus de formes, car le magnésium est un atome (il fait partie des métaux) chargé positivement qui s’associe avec des composés qui, eux, sont chargés inversement, c’est-à-dire négativement. Un peu comme des aimants qui s’attirent par leurs pôles.

Si l’organisme prend l’atome de magnésium, il laisse en revanche son support. C’est pour cette raison que le sulfate de magnésium provoque une diarrhée nauséabonde : le souffre sent l’œuf pourri. Pour la même raison, le chlore serait à éviter : il est néfaste pour la santé, alors que parallèlement, un minéral miracle (l’ion bioxyde de Chlore) est vendu sous l’appellation MMS. India BARC team develops cancer drugs with herbs, spices

Herbal drugs have fewer or no side-effects and are less expensive. "Moreover, the phytochemicals we develop as adjuvant drugs enhance the efficacy of other drugs and boosts the immune system to minimize the drug dosage," Dr Chattopadhyay said.

Why did Russia ban the microwave oven?

In Russia, microwave ovens were banned in 1976 because of their negative health consequences as many studies were conducted on their use. The ban was lifted after Perestroika in the early 90’s.

Here are some of their findings on microwaving food:

1. Microwaved foods lose 60 ~ 90% of their nutritional value and it also accelerates the structural disintegration of food.

10. Heating prepared meats in a microwave sufficiently for human consumption created:

* Creation of a binding effect to radioactivity in the atmosphere.
* Creation of cancer-causing agents within protein-hydrosylate compounds in milk and cereal grains.

11. Microwave emissions also caused alteration in the catabolic (breakdown) behaviour of glucoside – and galactoside – elements within frozen fruits when thawed in this way.

12. Microwaves altered catabolic behavior of plant-alkaloids when raw, cooked or frozen vegetables were exposed for even very short periods.

13. Cancer-causing free radicals were formed within certain trace-mineral molecular formations in plant substances, especially in raw root vegetables.

14. Due to chemical alterations within food substances, malfunctions occurred in the lymphatic system, causing degeneration of the immune systems’ capacity to protect itself against cancerous growth.

15. The unstable catabolism of micro-waved foods altered their elemental food substances, leading to disorders in the digestive system.

16. Those ingesting micro-waved foods showed a statistically higher incidence of stomach and intestinal cancers, plus a general degeneration of peripheral cellular tissues with a gradual breakdown of digestive and excretory system function.

17. Microwave exposure caused significant decreases in the nutritional value of all foods studied, particularly:
* A decrease in the bioavailability of B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotrophics
* Destruction of the nutritional value of nucleoproteins in meats
* Lowering of the metabolic activity of alkaloids, glucosides, galactosides and nitrilosides (all basic plant substances in fruits and vegetables)

All it takes is concrete, rebar, a bulldozer and enough food and water for a week. Everyone has that, and the shelters only need to be far enough down to make sure there is a total of at least two feet of water in whatever soil is above it, and if it is the correct soil, it does not even need that much water or to be very deep at all. Water tied up in concrete also counts toward the total. 8 feet down will work in practically any situation, and that is very easy to do.
