The many factions of the Illuminati brought about the New World Order after WWII and this included research into reduction of population. The elite want a world where they have it all and some 500 million slaves to feed them.
They were shaken by the predictions of ’scientists’ that shortly after the year 2000 the total collapse of civilization and possible extinction could occur. Even without total destruction of nuclear war.
They were told that the only things that could stop these predicted events would be severe cutbacks of the human population, the cessation or retardation of technological and economic growth, the elimination of meat in the human diet, strict control of future human reproduction, a total commitment to preserving the en- vironment, colonization of space, and a paradigm shift in the evolutionary consciousness of man.
Those in power immediately formed an alliance and set about bringing the recommended changes to fruition through propaganda, mind control and other manipulations of the masses.
This happened when soldiers came back from war with eager women waiting resulting in the great baby boom. Added with better diet, cleaner water etc. world population doubled rapidly.
An alliance of illuminati factions created the Bilderberg Group to steer the NWO.
Various studies were made and a final study by the Club of Rome bringing out their final report in 1968 concerning population reduction and the implementation of the NWO.
It determined to:
1. lower the birth rate:
development of positive birth-control methods using mechanical (diaphragm and condom), chemical (foam and birth-control pills), and medical (sterilization, abortion, and hysterectomy) procedures. The Women's Liberation movement was started with the demand for free abortions, using "pro choice". Homosexuality was encouraged and Gay Liberation was born. Homosexuals do not have children.
2. Increase the death rate.
A very short but very deadly global war using nuclear weapons upon select population concentrations was contemplated, but non viable.
Several Top Secret recommendations were made by Dr. Aurelio Peccei of the Club of Rome. He advocated that a plague be introduced that would have the same effect as the famous Black Death of history.
The orders were given to develop microbes and to develop a prophylactic and a cure. The microbes would be used against the general population and would be introduced by vaccine.
The prophylactic was to be used by the rulling elite. The cure will be administered to the survivors when it is decided that enough people have died.
The cure will be announced as newly developed when in fact it has existed from the beginning.
US Congress funded $10 million in the 1970 budget to develop the synthetic biological disease.
The project was called MK-NAOMI and carried out by the Special Operations Division (SOD) scientists at Ft. Detrick, Maryland under the supervision of the CIA.
The ruling elite decided to target undesirable elements of society; the homosexuals, Africa… Ebola, etc were the next diseases developed.
The World Health Organisation as from 1977 infected the African continent via the smallpox vaccine. They calculated that the entire black population would be eradicated within 15 years.
As from 1978 the US population was infected with the hepatitis B vaccine conducted bt the Centers for Disease Control.
The AIDS plague was let loose on the population. This was only the beginning of a series of synthetic new diseases loosed on the world populations.

There was also the Haig-Kissinger Depopulation Policy administered by the Sate Department, dictating 3rd world nations to take steps to decrease population or no more aid will be given. If they refuse, Civil war will be applied via the CIA. sic El Salvador, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Cambodia, Iran etc.
The Shah of Iran, originally put there by the CIA, failed to reduce birth rate and depopulation and was thus overthrown.
To reduce population quickly, you have to pull all the males into the fighting and kill significant numbers of fertile, child- bearing age females.
The New World Order will adopt the Communist Chinese model of population control. It is the only population-control program that has ever worked. The old and infirm have been periodically murdered and couples are forbidden to have more than one child.
Tobacco fields in the U.S. have been fertilized with the radioactive haillings from uranium mines, resulting in a tremendous increase in the incidence of lip, mouth, throat, and lung cancer.
Malathion, a nerve gas developed by the Nazis during World War II to kill people, is being sprayed heavily on population centers in California.

The violent, the old, the infirm, the handicapped, and the unproductive will be killed.
Private property will be abolished.
Cash will disappear.
Technological development and economic growth will be severely cut back.
Man will be required to live like his ancestors.
Those who learn to be self-sufficient and can adapt to the absence of many of the things that we take for granted today will get along fine.
Others will suffer terribly.
Man will once again conform to the law of the survival of the fittest.
